PAYMENT
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
All prices are exclusive of shipping and local taxes and import duties.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and BACS.
We also accept cheques paid from UK accounts. Work on orders paid by cheque will not be started until payment has cleared.
We require full payment before work is started on your order.
If the customer cancels payment after the goods have been dispatched, we will take legal action for the recovery of the goods or payment.

DELIVERY
We aim to have your order dispatched within 15 working days. Sometimes we may not be able to dispatch as quickly as this due to circumstances like particularly busy periods or the need to order some materials.
We shall inform you if dispatch date is likely to be more than 15 days.
If you need your items faster than this it is likely we can accommodate you so please contact us before buying and we may be able to do a rush delivery.

We shall post your goods by recorded and insured mail. The insurance will cover the full value of your goods.
We can post by courier (such as Fedex) when requested. This will be faster and will be more expensive.

Anatomic Bomb shall not be liable for any expense or loss arising from delay or failure in delivery from any cause at all. Nor shall any such delay entitle the customer to claim any refund of monies paid in respect of the contract, refuse to accept the delivery or to repudiate the contract.

Anatomic Bomb shall not be liable for any expense or loss arising from failure in performance from any cause at all. Nor shall any such failure entitle the customer to claim any refund of monies paid in respect of the contract, refuse to accept the delivery or to repudiate the contract.

COPYRIGHT
All the copyright, design right or any other intellectual property right in the goods shall remain the property of Anatomic Bomb.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so within 72 hours of placing the order.  After this we are unable to accept cancellations as your order will have gone into production or materials will have been ordered.
If you have requested a rush order then we cannot accept a cancellation as work will have started straight away on your item.


REFUNDS
All of our items are made to the customer's specifications as they are ordered and are made-to-measure. For this reason we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If a size or design is wrong and this is proven to be our fault we will replace it.
If a size or design is wrong and it is not our fault we may be able to correct it but sometimes there will be a fee for this.
Anatomic Bomb! cannot be held responsible for being given false measurements or information.
Please make sure you supply us with correct information when requested.


FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or we have sent the wrong item please notify us and return within 72 hours of delivery. The item will be repaired or replaced at our expense.
Anatomic Bomb! cannot be held responsible for being given false measurements or information.
Please make sure you supply us with correct information when requested.
We cannot be held responsible for misuse or poor care of items once they are in your ownership. This includes repairs, adjustments or modifications done by anyone except Anatomic Bomb.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your goods have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of receiving them. You must also keep the packaging it came in and send this back to us as this will help us investigate the matter.
Send the parcel including packaging back to us within 3 days of receiving them by recorded delivery. Upon investigation, if we find the carrier to be at fault we will replace the damaged item.

RETURNING ITEMS
Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and wrapped carefully in the same way we sent it. If unsure how it was wrapped please ask us for advice.
If we have sent you the wrong item, goods must be returned to us unworn. We will not exchange or refund used items under these circumstances.
If you post a package to us we cannot be held responsible for goods being lost in the mail so we advise you to post by recorded mail.
International parcels must be clearly marked as RETURNED ITEMS on the parcel and on all documentation. Anatomic Bomb will not pay for customs charges and taxes, and the parcel will be sent back to you.
